Canaccord Genuity Corp. (Canadian operations) is looking for a knowledgeable team player to join our Compliance department. This position is responsible primarily for Estate Administration, CRA Notices, Third Party and AML review.

Responsibilities

Third Party Review and escalation to Chief Anti-Money Laundering Officer;
Manage documentation requirements for Estate accounts and fund disbursements;
Manage documentation regarding CRA and Legal action notices for client accounts;
Third Party Testing and Surveillance;
Outside Pro Account Review;
Compile and format data to direct reports for the purposes of Regulatory filings;
Other responsibilities as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

The successful candidate must enjoy working in a high volume, routine work environment, and must have the following skills and qualifications:

Experience in the brokerage industry or in a back office environment is required;
Estate and CRA documentation experience an asset;
Excellent organizational and time management skills, complemented by the ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook is required;
Experience with Dataphile required;
Detail-oriented and accurate;
Ability to work in a fast paced team environment;
Canadian Securities courses (CSC and CPH) highly recommended.
